Daily allowance
Covers food and day-to-day spending. Pre-booked items in the Budget tab sit outside this allowance.
Jump to a stop
Visas, eVisa confirmations/QR codes, booking confirmations, or just a link — anything worth having on hand for the trip. Stored securely on the family server, same sync key as everything else.
Exchange rates
Live rates come from the European Central Bank (frankfurter.dev). Override them manually if your bank's real rate differs, then click "Save manual rates" to lock them in.
Budget target
Family sync
Everyone using the same key shares one live dataset. Changes push automatically and devices refresh from the server every 90 seconds. The server keeps the last 50 versions as backups.
Backup
Data is saved automatically in this browser. Export a backup file regularly (it downloads as japan2026-backup.json) — you can import it on another computer or after a browser cleanup.
